Had media, ethics and law exam on Monday at the Henderson Campus. The 1st person left the hall at 11am....1.5hr after the paper started. For me I left the exam venue exactly 15 min before the cut-off time.[ Phew]. How was the paper? Well I was pretty glad that at least I tried to revise for it, but am kicking myself for not doing a little bit more research because there was between 12-15 questions that are definitely not from the textbook. Hopefully’s everything fine...
After the exam, I went to the esplanade to get some music books.[But not be4 I grab some Auntie Annie’s from CityHall. It’s been ages since I last ate them] Do you know that one can borrow a max of 2 mag/vid/music scores for free now? Yup the library changes its rules. However it’s highly unlikely that I’d visit it in the near future as I’d borrowed most of the books at least 1[unless its classical/English pop].
I also caught Jack Neo’s Where got ghosts movies with my friends on wed evening...And the movie was simply wonderful. However one thing that struck me as ironic was that though relatives of the dead like to ask them for blessings, they were pretty afraid whenever the dead try to them... Pretty ironic huh? During our meet-ups, I was informed that we would be having a chalet on 11Sept so I would try my very best to keep that day free...Unfortunately I had lessons until 1pm. Luckily there’s no class on mon though.
And oh yea... I also went for 3 driving lessons this week. The 4th lesson would be on fri. What do I need to improve on in my driving? Hmm... Engine break[definitely for a smooth transmission], checking of blind spot[stupid me thought that the side mirror is part of the blind spot...really have nothing to say]. And oh yea. Checking for traffic at junctions and traffic light. Be4 the instructor say I never look...And its true I forget to look once in a while. Not only that, sometimes I mistaken 1st gear for 3rd, 2nd gear for 4th & etc.... Must get it into my head that all these gears have different functions and I must always remember which gear am I at!
And so...I’d end my entry here. Will prob have more things to post during the weekend or next week. See how things go....meantime peeps pls keep me busy!
