I loved the story that I read. Here’s an expert: The secret to a all chocolate diet is to walk it away! Of cos, I treat this message with a pinch of salt. After all, can you really trust what’s going on around you? People keep changing facts as they ‘rediscover’ the benefits of certain products; and all those dos & don’ts are enuff to make one dizzy.
So, for my weight-loss exercise goal, I’ve created a plan! 1] Have oats for b’fast most days… hopefully I’d be able to have it on its own, with raisins and nuts as condiments.[mb with a dash of cinnamon] 2] Have a variety of exercises….I believe the reason why I hardly gain weight during sec sch is because of the daily exercises. Walking to sch and back takes up a good 20min, plus drills every Wed & Sat is no joke…….. So now I’m trying to motivate myself by: walking/going to the gym/swimming/plus oh yea need to find myself a cycling buddy. Actually had one but she live in Sembawang. And my other friend who normally go to ECP with me to cycle is busy with her bf. Hmph. 3] Staying off desserts and sweets and biscuits. Have realize that I’m eating more fruits[just don’t eat them after meal except for orange!] and having less snacks. Really regretted having a sweet tooth. Cos after the Os I try to find opportunities to have sweets. Though I’ve already toned down, I still can’t escape from chocs and ice-cream so please help me. .. Well enough about the plan! What have I been up to? Mike Connell’s service was simply fantastic……… Giggled our way through Monday’s project session [ it’s an absolute genius I’d tell you!] but sobered up immediately at the thought of next week assignments. And today I met a friend for lunch…I’d tried the western food at Aston’s after managing to find my fav Campbell cream of corn sachets. Lunch was simply delicious….grilled fish with asparagus herb, baked potato and corn. [It’s yummy though I couldn’t finish the potato…..] and best of all it’s a steal at $6.50! After lunch I went to the lib to do some research…..and met a friend who was dozing off on the lib chair. It was so comfy that I almost fall asleep myself! |
