Porridge! All that u need to know
Tuesday, November 18, 2008
A new post, to celebrate my completion of an Assignment. But referencing and HTML not done yet. Seesh. Will be completing it later in school. Anyway just had frog leg porridge a few days ago with Anna and Chi. Yummy porridge, think its the 6th time I'm having it this year. About porridge, my favourite is cooked by my mom.. pumpkin porridge! And there are others. I love the creamy century egg porridge, but will feel nauseous if I bite into the jelly substance. Weird huh? Have the same problem with can food. Like can sardines.
And this is JOYCE PORRIDGE SHEET LIST:
Once while holidaying in KL with my aunty and her family, we had nothing but Porridge for 3 days and 2 nights. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. It just so happen that we didn't have our regular room therefore my aunty couldn't prepare the other food for our meals. Finally, my uncle took pity on us and on the last nite we had KFC for dinner. I didn't look at porridge the same way again. Anyway KL is a good place to people watch! Especially the Iranian people. They are beautiful with their exotic features.
Another yummy porridge that I had was at a hotel in Taiping. Once again, I followed my aunty and her family for their annual church camp! Organised by Wesly Methodist in S'wan, we had wonderful meals, buffet style. But what the adults and kids love the best is the porridge-- unfortunately they'd serve in mini bowls. And one of the organisers later revealed that the porridge are meant for the children. In this camp that was held in August, I also made a wonderful friend. Thank you Winnie for agreeing to be my room-mate even though I do not know most of the teens over there plus many of them were not around.
Lastly I'm looking forward to the Asia conference. Am gearing up myself for a miracle that's waiting to happen.. have waited a looong time for it to come. Will blog more about it prob within the next few days.. Cos its practically the one of the biggest event that is happening in town!
Signing off, good night.[ Can friday be delayed please? 2 assignments to be submitted]
